- Don’t add any promotional links – Amazon dislikes when you include links to your product listings. And that includes links within images. So if you want to stay on the good side of Amazon, make sure you don’t have them.
So from all this information, one thing gets clear – Amazon doesn’t want you to use emails for promotional purposes! So instead of doing that, make sure you use it only for asking for feedback or a review request.

Step #1 - Connect Your Seller Account

Step #2 - Create Your Email Automation
Now that everything has been set up, it’s time to start building your email automation!
For this, you need to navigate to the Follow-Up dashboard. You can find it by going to the main menu bar and clicking on “Tools.”
Then a dropdown menu will appear with many tools for you to choose from.
The Follow-Up is under the Operations list.
Once you’re there, drag your mouse to the blue sidebar and click the “email automation” option.
Then press the blue “New Automation” button.
Pick the “Request a Review & Seller Feedback” template from the list, and you’ve created your email automation!
Step #3 - Adjust Any Settings if Necessary
Now, your email automation is complete! If all looks good for you, then just press the green “save” button in the top right corner, and you’re done.
However, if you want to, then you can also tweak some settings.
However, we recommend this only to people who know what they are doing.
That’s because if you’re too careless, you might get into trouble with Amazon, which could lead you to get banned from selling.
Also, if you don’t want to use the Amazon template, then you lose one function – auto-translation to the customer’s preferred language! And that could decrease your conversion rates for non-English speakers.
