It pulls data directly from your Amazon account so all your stats are visible in real-time.
As one of the most comprehensive tools on the market, Sellics is popular with many Amazon sellers. Because it has so many useful features, you don’t have to use different tools to get the information that you need.
The 5 main features that most sellers will appreciate are:
- SEO management through keyword research and listing optimization.
- A complete breakdown of profit analytics on a daily and monthly basis.
- Monitoring your Amazon PPC campaigns for efficiency and money-saving.
- Monitoring all the reviews you receive so you can easily access them.
Inventory management so you know exactly how much stock you have on hand.
Who Is It Best For?
Sellics is a great tool for Amazon sellers who want the ease of having all their stats in one place. It eliminates the need for having separate tools and extensions.
Ultimately, this saves time and allows you to run your business more effectively.
The tool pulls data directly from your seller central account in real-time.
The data updates every 5 minutes. This allows you to quickly analyze every aspect of your sales and profit. So, you can make adjustments where necessary.
Even though there’s a lot of data to digest, the Sellics dashboard lays this out visually.
It’s a clean, easy-to-understand interface.
The individual widgets on the dashboard (called the cockpit), are also clickable.
This means you can drill down on your data to the individual product level.
This is useful if you have private-label products that you want to optimize.
Sellics also has different editions aimed at 3 different types of users.
These are:
The Seller Edition
This is for Amazon sellers who have their accounts set up through Amazon Seller Central.
It offers all the main features including:
- Tracking your profit in real-time. This includes all your Amazon fees. These are pulled in automatically once you connect your account.
- PPC manager that shows you how your campaigns are performing. Stats include revenue, AcoS, impressions, cost, click-through rate, clicks, and conversion rate.
- Ranking Optimizer that tracks keywords. It allows you to optimize your listings to get better results.
- Review management that allows you to track the reviews that you receive
- Inventory management that tracks your inventory and alerts you when it’s time to re-order.
The Vendor Edition
The Vendor Edition is designed for sellers who sell through Amazon Vendor Central.
It offers tools and solutions to brand owners.
These focus on marketing, sales, and general eCommerce.
The main features include:
- Amazon advertising automation. This allows you to run profitable campaigns to get the most out of your ad spend.
- Keyword research and recommendations. This allows you to improve your product rankings on the Amazon search engine.
- The ability to control your brand reputation with the feedback management tool.
The Agency Edition
This is designed for agencies that manage different Amazon accounts for their clients.
It allows agencies to manage these accounts more effectively.
Plus, they can provide reports to their clients to show how their strategies are working.
The different features in this edition allow any agency to focus on:
- Amazon PPC advertising campaigns
- Content and SEO
- Customer feedback
But, Is This Tool For Everyone?
Essentially, it depends on what you’re looking for from a tool.
If your business model focuses on private-label products, then this tool could be a great time-saver.
But, if you source your products through wholesale suppliers, some of the tool’s limitations might not work for you.
So, to get the best value from the money that you spend, you need to check whether you will use ALL the features of the tool.
If you’re not going to use all the features, then you might be better off finding individual tools for your needs.
Also, some of the data that this tool provides can be found within your Seller Central account.
So, why spend extra money on it.
I’ll discuss some of the different features further so you can decide whether they’ll be of value to you.
But first, let’s look at the pricing structure.
How Much Does Sellics Cost?
The pricing structure for Sellics is based on your annual sales on Amazon.
This means that when your sales increase, then so does the cost of using this tool.
Here are the breakdowns for the Seller Edition:
For Amazon Sales Less Than $1000 per Year
For Amazon Sales of $1,000 to $60,000 per Year
For Amazon Sales of $60,000 to $240,000 per Year
For Amazon Sales of $240,000 to $600,000 per Year
For Amazon Sales of $600,000 to $1.2m per Year
For Amazon Sales Over $1.2m per Year
Overall, I don’t think the pricing is over-the-top for what you get.
Once again though, it really depends on whether you’re going to use all the features.
What’s Included In The Subscription?
Sellics includes all features in all subscriptions, even in the 14-day free trial.
This means you’re not limited by which subscriptions you choose.
Which Payment Methods Are Accepted?
Sellics accepts payments by credit card and direct debit.
How Is The Revenue Calculated To Determine Your Plan?
Your actual revenue comes from your Seller Central account.
Sellics takes an average of your sales for the past 60 days.
This means you’re protected from high costs even with seasonal products.
Are There Any Limitations?
The number of keywords you can research is unlimited.
Plus, the rankings are updated on a daily basis.
All product metrics are also updated daily.
This includes new product reviews, BSR, price and buy box ownership.
The only limitation is that you can only 100 Child ASINs for competitor products.
Also, the data only goes back 60 days. This makes it difficult if you sell seasonal items, especially in Q4.
Can You Connect Multiple Seller Accounts?
Sellics only allows you to connect one seller account per marketplace.
If you do have multiple seller accounts, you’ll receive a 20% discount on every extra account.
To receive your 20% discount, you have to create an account in the tool for both your seller accounts. Then, you have to contact their support via the chatbox.
Can You Change To A Different Plan At Any Time?
It’s possible to upgrade your plan any time you like.
When you increase your plan’s contract duration, your monthly subscription rate will decrease at the end of the period you initially chose.
But, it’s not possible to change to a shorter duration.
So, if you first chose an annual plan, you cannot reduce that to a monthly plan.
Do You Have To Cancel Your Account After The Free Trial?
Once your free trial runs out, you’ll no longer have access unless you take out a paid subscription. So, you don’t have to do anything to cancel after the free trial.
What About A Demo?
Sellics has a free weekly webinar. You can register for this and they’ll do a walk-through of all the main features of the tool.
Pricing For The Vendor Edition
For the Vendor Edition, you’ll have to get in touch with Sellics to work out what you need and how much it will cost.
Pricing For The Agency Edition
For the Agency Edition, pricing will be custom-tailored based on the features that you need.
Does Sellics Offer a Free Trial?
Yes, you get 14 days to try out Sellics for FREE before you have to decide whether you want to continue using it. The good news is you don’t have to provide your credit card details to take Sellics for a test run. It only takes 1 minute to sign up and you get instant access.
Bear in mind, that you do have to connect your Seller Central account for the tool to access your data.

What Are the Main Features of Sellics?
Sellics incorporates 5 main tools.
But, there are additional features that you will find useful. We’ll go into these in more detail below.
The Sellics Experience
The most impressive feature of the Sellics tool is the visual dashboard.
This is the Cockpit. This gives you an overall view of your current stats.
All the dashboard widgets are clickable so that you can drill down to the product level to see even more stats.
As you can see, all the important metrics are right there at your fingertips. I think this information is much more intuitive than any reports that you’ll find in Amazon Seller Central.
Niche Analyzer
This tool is only available to grandfathered accounts.
Product Detector
This tool is only available to grandfathered accounts.
Spy Tool
Unfortunately, this tool is no longer available.
But, it looks like Sellics are working on a new tool that is currently in Beta.
It’s called Benchmarker and you can get early access right now for FREE.
Not sure how long this will last, so try it out.
Cockpit
The Cockpit is the main dashboard of the Sellics tool.
It’s what you’ll land on every time you sign in. It’s visual and interactive.
It allows you to see all your current metrics at a glance.
All the widgets are clickable so that you can easily drill down for more information.
I think this is what makes this tool so valuable for Amazon sellers who don’t have a lot of time on their hands. It shows you instantly how your business is performing and the stats are updated every 5 minutes.
Keyword Rankings
This feature allows you to keep an eye on the keywords that you’re using with some clever A/B testing. It means that you can optimize your listings so that they appear higher in the Amazon search engine.
Sonar
Sonar is a free keyword research tool created by Sellics.
It allows you to research using keywords you already know as well as via ASINs.
I did a quick reverse ASIN lookup with the tool and these are the results:
As you can see, this gives you quite a lot of information using just this free tool.
Inventory Management
With the inventory management feature, hopefully, you’ll never run out of stock again.
As a seasoned seller, you know the importance of keeping your fast-selling products in stock. Whenever a product runs out of stock, you’re effectively missing out on sales and leaving money on the table.
This feature allows you to specify the lead time for each product.
Then, it lets you know when it’s time to place your orders. I think using this feature will undoubtedly add more profit to your bottom line.
I do like this feature, but it only takes into account the past 60 days of sales.
This means that if you sell seasonal items, you still have to search for these metrics within your Seller Central account.

Review Management
The Review Management feature in Sellics notifies you any time a new review comes in.
The reviews are sortable. This means you can quickly identify those that you need to action.
This will help you to avoid a negative impact on your account.
Although this is a nice feature, you can find the same information when you go into your Seller Central account. So, you don’t have to pay extra for it.
In fact, you should be going into your Seller Central account on a daily basis anyway, to check your metrics. Checking your ‘Account Health’ is an important function that you should perform on a regular basis.
This ensures that you’re not missing anything that should be attended to.
It’s a known fact among seasoned sellers, that checking your account frequently will help your sales.
Therefore, in my opinion, this feature is really not that useful and unnecessary.
PPC Manager
This feature allows you to monitor your campaigns.
This means that you make tweaks to ensure that you’re getting the best value from your ad spend.
Once again, you can get all this information by going into Seller Central.
All the metrics that Sellics provides can be found within the Amazon campaign manager dashboard. So, you really don’t need an additional tool to give you this information.
Profit Dashboard
I do think that the profit dashboard is a useful feature. It will help you to maintain and increase your bottom line. The information is detailed down to the product level.
The tool pulls a lot of the important information right from your Seller Central account.
Although you can find all this information in Seller Central, the way that it’s laid out in Sellics makes it far easier to digest.
The only information that you have to enter is your cost of goods plus any shipping costs.
The tool also breaks down whether the gross revenue from sales was organic or from your PPC campaigns.
Plus, it calculates your profit margin so that you don’t have to do it manually.
I do like the way that you can drill down to instantly see all your costs related to each product.
But, to enter your costs, you’ll still need to keep some form of spreadsheet that you’ll have to update every time you add new products.
So, effectively this means entering data in 2 places.
Unfortunately, there’s no option to upload a spreadsheet or CSV with all your product costs.
This means you have to enter them manually, one at a time.
If you add products to your inventory on a constant basis, this could be quite time-consuming.
What About Privacy? Is Sellics Secure?
When using any third-party software to analyze your business stats, you should have concerns about the security of your information.
With Sellics, you can rest assured that your data is secure as it is never stored anywhere. Sellics connects to your Seller Central account via an API.
It pulls data from your Amazon account to give you updated metrics.
Customer Support
It’s a fact of life that any software that you use will experience bugs and glitches at some time or another. Especially software that relies on getting its information from your Amazon account. Amazon is constantly updating its systems and algorithms.
When this happens, it’s bound to cause issues with any 3rd-party software that you’re using.
So, the most important aspect of any 3rd-party software is how fast and responsive its support is. Remember, if you find a bug or issue with the software that you’re using, it’s important to report it immediately. This means that the developers can get onto fixing the bugs straight away.
Sellics offers two ways to get in touch with their support.
1. Chat Box
Sellics’ customer support is handled by a messenger bot when support staff are not available. To test it out, I asked the bot a question.
It came back wanting some details and then asked me to leave my question and email address in the message box.
However, I did notice when I was on the site earlier in the day, a real person was operating the instant messenger. Thus, it depends on what time of the day you’re looking for support.
This will determine whether you’ll get an instant answer or have to wait for a reply.
Personally, I like to know straight away that someone is looking into the issue and working on fixing it.
2. Email Support
There’s also an email address on the contact us page which is support@sellics.com.
Plus, there’s a separate support email for vendors and agencies – vendorsupport@sellics.com.
3. Knowledgebase
There’s also quite an extensive knowledgebase. This has links to articles and video tutorials.
A search bar at the top allows you to search for the information you’re looking for.
To check out what others are saying about Sellics and their support, I decided to check a few recent reviews. The reviews were mixed. There were a couple of users who had issues with some features not working correctly. These users also said that you often had to wait 24 hours to get a response.
On the other hand, there were other users who were happy with the tool and the support that they received.
And, on one of the reviews, Sellics themselves responded offering to provide further assistance to the user.
FAQ
How Can I Cancel My Sellics Account?
You can cancel your account at any time. You do this by clicking on your icon in the top right corner of the dashboard and selecting ‘Account’. Then click on ‘terminate’ which is in red under your plan.
If you’re on the free trial, there’s no need to cancel as the trial will simply run out at the end of the 14 days.
How Can I Reach the Sellics’ Customer Support Service?
You can either use the live chat messenger or send an email to support@sellics.com.
Is Sellics secure?
Yes, Sellics takes the issue of security and privacy very seriously. The company is based in Germany. So, they are under very strict data security laws.
Also, Sellics does not have access to your Seller Central information.
This is entirely transmitted via Amazon’s official API.
Recap and Verdict
Sellics is an all-in-one tool for Amazon sellers. It offers a comprehensive visual dashboard. Here you can see all your analytics and performance metrics in one place.
It allows you to manage your inventory and check out the profitability of all of your products. Plus, you can monitor your reviews, do keyword research and monitor your Amazon PPC campaigns.
There are some features of Sellic that I really like such as the Profit Dashboard and the Inventory Management tool. It’s also useful that you can now download your profit metrics in a handy CSV file. This particular function was not previously available.
So, it appears that the team at Sellics are constantly upgrading available features.
I also think that the price is reasonable for what you get in features, even if you don’t use them all. A standalone inventory management tool such as Inventory Lab can cost you $40 – $50 per month in comparison.
For these reasons, I do recommend that you try out Sellics using their 14-day free trial.
This will allow you to see whether you like all the available features.
I think it will save you a lot of time in managing your Amazon business.
