Fact Checked

Yes. Data Dive has an official MCP server for AI assistants. Connect Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or Cursor and ask for your niches, keywords, or rank trends in plain English. It runs on an API key, so you need the $149 Standard plan or higher.

  • What MCP is: Model Context Protocol, the open standard that lets AI tools tap live data sources.
  • Setup: install the @datadive-tools/mcp package from npm and paste in your Data Dive API key.
  • What to ask: “list my latest niches”, “show keyword data for this niche”, or “how are my rankings trending?”
  • Under the hood: every request runs through the regular Data Dive API, just triggered by your AI tool.

One honest limit: this is an early 0.x release (0.7.0 when I checked) with a short action list, aimed at technical users. If you only want dive spreadsheets, the web app is still the faster route.

MCP access starts at $149 a month on Standard. Stack a Data Dive promo code on top for up to 33% off. Still weighing the tool itself? Start with my honest Data Dive review.
