Coupon sites list EverBee codes claiming up to 75% off, and GitHub spam pages push 85%. None have an official source. EverBee's affiliate FAQ states it plainly: "we do not offer coupons for affiliates." No official EverBee page documents a code field anywhere in its upgrade flow.

The pattern is easy to spot once you know it. The same recycled strings (75OFF, AW25, WINTER10, EVERBEE10, SAVE20) rotate across dozens of near-identical coupon pages, run by publishers who keep matching pages for dozens of other software brands. One listing even tells shoppers to apply the code "Everbee" itself for 20% off. A brand name posing as its own discount code is templated filler, not a deal.

Fake prices expose these pages faster than the codes do. One advertises a "$7.99 per month Pro plan"; EverBee sells no Pro plan. Another lists the Business tier at up to $399 per month, four times its real $99 ceiling. A page that cannot state EverBee's real prices has not tested a single code it prints.

EverBee does run promotions, just never as public codes. Its official deals are click-to-claim landing pages, applied through a link instead of a code field. When I checked in August 2026, one such page offered a buy-one-get-one-free month on Growth (a $29.99 saving); the same pages have carried Black Friday and Christmas countdowns earlier. These offers rotate without notice, so trust a promo only after the checkout total confirms it.

Affiliates hold nothing extra either. EverBee's FAQ confirms subscription prices are identical for affiliates and regular customers, so no reviewer has an exclusive code, me included. EverBee's refund window is 3 days from any charge. Annual plans auto-renew with no reminder email, the number one complaint in its Trustpilot reviews. One consolation: the policy pro-rates annual refunds for up to 8 months after billing. A forgotten Growth renewal is a $239 surprise.

The complaints behind that warning are public. EverBee's Trustpilot profile sits at 3.2 out of 5 across 55 reviews, with 49% rating it 5 stars and 40% rating it 1 star. Billing and cancellation problems dominate the 1-star column, including a July 2026 reviewer whose refund request went unanswered. EverBee has replied to 77% of its negative reviews.

Cancelling takes a few clicks when no charge is pending:

1. Log in and open Options, then Account, then Billing.
2. Click Manage Plan.
3. Click Cancel Subscription.
4. Keep using EverBee until the period you paid for ends; access runs to the end of the billing cycle.

Two traps to know. You cannot cancel while a charge is pending; contact live chat or [email protected] and have support close it out. And staying logged out cancels nothing; the subscription keeps billing until you cancel it properly.
