Seller 365 costs $69, $129, or $199 a month, and every plan includes the same 10 Threecolts tools. Annual billing cuts those prices to $65, $119, and $183 a month. What the higher tiers buy is scale: user seats, usage caps, Pro app versions, and support speed, never extra apps.
I pulled every number on this page from the live Threecolts pricing table in August 2026, shortly after the Teams tier jumped from $79 to $129 a month. Both screenshots below come from that same check, so what you see here is what checkout shows.
- Three plans: Standard $69, Teams $129, Pro $199 a month, all with a 14-day free trial.
- Same 10 tools everywhere: tiers differ on seats, caps, and support, and only Pro gets Pro app versions.
- Annual billing: $65, $119, and $183 a month, saving $48 to $192 a year.
How Much Does Seller 365 Cost?
Seller 365 sells three self-serve plans. Standard costs $69 a month for one user. Teams costs $129 a month for up to 10 users. Pro costs $199 a month, adds Pro app versions, drops the reimbursement commission to 5%, and answers support in under 30 minutes.
Plan | Monthly | Billed annually | Users |
|---|---|---|---|
Standard | $69/mo | $65/mo ($780/yr, save $48) | 1 |
Teams | $129/mo | $119/mo ($1,428/yr, save $120) | Up to 10 |
Pro | $199/mo | $183/mo ($2,196/yr, save $192) | Up to 10 |

Every plan carries a 15% commission on FBA reimbursements the service recovers, except Pro, which pays 5%. The old free-reimbursements perk is gone. If a plan claim you read elsewhere sounds better than this table, it is probably from the pre-2026 pricing era.

What Do You Get on Every Plan?
All three plans include the same 10 tools, grouped around four jobs: finding inventory, prepping it, winning the sale, and tracking profit. The bundle replaces what used to be six separate subscriptions. These are the apps, with our full reviews linked where you need depth.
- Source products: Tactical Arbitrage scans 1,400+ retail sites in bulk, ScoutIQ rates books, Scoutify scans store shelves, and ScoutX checks products in your browser.
- Prep and ship: InventoryLab turns buy lists into listings, boxed shipments, and restock plans.
- Win the sale: SmartRepricer automates pricing, while FeedbackWhiz sends review requests and watches listings for hijackers.
- Track profit: FeedbackWhiz Profits and InventoryLab Accounting split real-time orders and settlement-level bookkeeping. The full Seller 365 review grades every app honestly.
Plan Limits That Actually Differ
The tiers separate on usage caps, not features. Tactical Arbitrage runs 7 searches at once on Standard and Teams and 10 on Pro. SmartRepricer manages 5,000 listings below Pro and 50,000 on it. FeedbackWhiz email sends go unlimited only on Pro. Here is the full split.
Tool limit | Standard | Teams | Pro |
|---|---|---|---|
Tactical Arbitrage searches at once | 7 | 10 | 10 |
Tactical Arbitrage scheduled searches | 30 | 30 | 40 |
Tactical Arbitrage results per search | 25,000 | 25,000 | 50,000 |
SmartRepricer listings | 5,000 | 5,000 | 50,000 |
FeedbackWhiz emails per month | 5,000 | 5,000 | Unlimited |
FeedbackWhiz monitored listings | 100 | 100 | 500 |
Profit tracking order limit | 5,000 | 5,000 | Unlimited |
Reimbursement commission | 15% | 15% | 5% |
Two details from the live table are easy to miss. Advanced sourcing tools, including wholesale manifest scanning, are included on every tier, not gated to Pro. And "Pro versions of all apps" is a real Pro-only line: Standard and Teams run the standard app builds.
Enterprise Options and Add-Ons
Selling beyond Amazon or running more than 10 seats moves you off the Reseller plans. Threecolts split Seller 365 into two bundles in July 2026: the Reseller plans on this page and a Brands bundle from $179 a month for private-label and multichannel sellers. Add-ons stack on either.
- Seller 365 Brands: $179, $599, or $1,199 a month for private-label sellers, built around UniCon multichannel selling.
- UniCon add-on: from $49 a month on Reseller plans for catalog, inventory, and order sync across 8 channels.
- Margin Pro: deduction and overcharge recovery, priced on what it recovers.
- Enterprise: custom terms once you need more than 10 users.
Trial, Cancellation, and Promo Codes
Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial: 7 days the moment you sign up, plus 7 more once you connect an Amazon Seller Pro or Walmart account. A card is required, and missed cancellations bill automatically, so set a reminder. Cancellation runs through the billing portal in your account.
There is no public Seller 365 promo code right now. The old per-tool codes, including the REVENUEGEEKS trial extension from the standalone Tactical Arbitrage era, died when Threecolts retired standalone plans. The two real levers today are annual billing and the 14-day trial.
Which Plan Should You Pick?
Pick by team size and volume, not by feature lists, because the features match. A solo seller starts on Standard at $69 and loses nothing but caps. Teams earns its $129 only when extra seats actually get used. Pro pays for itself through the 5% reimbursement rate at scale.
- Start on Standard if: you sell solo. $69 buys the same 10 tools the bigger plans run.
- Move to Teams if: you add VAs or staff. Seats are the only real difference for $60 more.
- Go Pro if: you push serious volume: 50,000 repricer listings, unlimited emails, and 5% reimbursements beat the caps.
Frequently Asked Questions
How much does Seller 365 cost?
$69, $129, or $199 a month for Standard, Teams, and Pro. Annual billing drops those to $65, $119, and $183 a month. Every plan includes all 10 tools and a 14-day free trial.
Does Seller 365 offer annual discounts?
Yes, on every plan. Annual billing saves $48 a year on Standard, $120 on Teams, and $192 on Pro. Earlier in 2026 the entry plan had no annual discount, so old reviews get this wrong.
Do all Seller 365 plans include the same tools?
Yes. All three plans include the full 10-tool bundle. The differences are seats, usage caps, support speed, reimbursement commission, and Pro-only app versions.
Is there a Seller 365 promo code?
No public code exists right now. The old standalone-era codes like REVENUEGEEKS no longer work anywhere. Annual billing and the 14-day trial are the only current discounts.
Why did Seller 365 Teams get more expensive?
Threecolts raised Teams from $79 to $129 a month in 2026. Standard and Pro held their prices. If 10 seats matter to you, annual billing at $119 a month claws some of that back.
