The $67 ProfitTree lifetime deal is live right now, and the offer is real: one payment, no renewal, sold through Paddle on a separate page at lifetime.profittree.io. I checked the offer box and the checkout in August 2026. Buy it if you already have Etsy orders and want margin clarity for one shop. Skip it if you expected the Pro plan for life.

The catch is scope. You get one shop, 30-day metric windows, 200 AI credits a week, and no product or listing reports. Those reports hold the per-product profit ranking, and they start on the $5.99 Starter plan.

ProfitTree's lifetime page lists eleven inclusions for one payment of $67: 200 weekly credits for the Rupert AI assistant, unlimited bestselling product searches, listing and shop metrics while you browse Etsy, one Etsy shop integration, 30-day performance insights, 30-day ad analytics, profit tracking, orders analytics, print-on-demand integrations, and bulk product cost management.

Read that table twice before you pay. The lifetime plan is a blend: Growth's 30-day research window, the free plan's 200 AI credits, one shop, and Starter's reports missing. It is not Pro frozen in time.

What the Lifetime Plan Leaves Out

One line of fine print does most of the damage: product and listing reports are excluded from lifetime accounts. Those two reports are where ProfitTree ranks profit per product and per listing. Without them you get shop-level profit and order analytics, not a ranked list of which items actually make money.

ProfitTree's help center spells out what you give up. Product Reports group identical items across listings by SKU, then sort them by best sellers, most profitable, or "trend setters", the products rising fastest against the previous period. Listing Reports do the same per listing and open variation-level detail, so you see which size or color carries the margin.

That is the feature most sellers buy a profit tracker for, and it starts on Starter at $5.99 per month billed annually. Starter costs $71.88 a year, which is $4.88 more than the lifetime deal costs once.

Four smaller gaps follow the same pattern:

• AI credits stay at free-plan level. 200 a week, against 800 on Growth and 4,000 on Pro.
• One Etsy shop. Only Pro includes unlimited shops; every other plan needs a one-time paid add-on, and ProfitTree does not publish its price.
• Windows stop at 30 days. Competitor and performance data reset at a month, so a full season of history stays out of reach.
• Profit history depth is not stated. The page promises 30-day performance metrics, not Growth's one-year profit history.

The Break-Even Math on One $67 Payment

The lifetime page compares itself to "$360 per year", which is the Growth plan billed monthly for twelve months at $29.99. Nobody has to buy it that way. Growth on annual billing costs $215.88 and Starter costs $71.88, so the honest first-year saving is $148.88 or $4.88, depending on the plan you would have bought.

Against Growth billed annually, the lifetime deal pays for itself in month four ($67 divided by $17.99). Against Growth billed monthly, month three. Against Starter, month twelve, and Starter still hands you the reports the lifetime plan never opens. Every figure here comes off the regular ProfitTree pricing page, where annual billing already takes 40% off each tier.

No public code lowers the $67 further. The Paddle checkout does show an "Add discount" field, which is why coupon sites keep publishing entries for this brand; I checked each floating code on my ProfitTree discount codes page and none of them survived.

Refunds, VAT, and the Real Price at Checkout

Two numbers change at checkout. Paddle is the merchant of record, so it adds VAT or sales tax where the law requires it: an EU checkout on a Lithuanian address turned $67 into $81.07 with 21% VAT. The refund window is 5 days, and the clock starts the moment you pay.

If you sell as a VAT-registered business, put your VAT ID in step 2 of the Paddle form. ProfitTree's help center says a validated ID removes VAT from the charge, while an invalid one leaves the tax in place.

The refund rule deserves a screenshot of your own, because ProfitTree publishes two versions of it. The older help article, dated January 2026, says lifetime purchases are final and non-refundable. The newer one, dated March 2026, gives lifetime plans a 5-day grace period, and the offer page advertises a 5 Day Money Back Guarantee. The newer article and the sales page agree, so treat 5 days as your deadline and do not bank on goodwill after it.

What Lifetime Buyers Actually Say

Lifetime buyers are the loudest critics ProfitTree has, and their complaints are specific. On Reddit's r/printondemand in January 2026, two sellers who paid $67 through YouTube affiliate links complained inside the same thread: one about metrics moving behind an upgrade, one about Chrome locking up.

The first wrote that ProfitTree "pulled back drastically on the metrics I use the most" and now asks for an upgrade to see them. A reply called selling a lifetime membership and then removing features "completely untrustworthy". I cannot verify which metrics moved, because ProfitTree published no changelog for it.

The second buyer installed the extension to use Radar on Etsy and said Chrome "completely locked up" repeatedly, with support telling them the freeze was not ProfitTree's problem. A 1-star Trustpilot review from January 2026 repeats the memory complaint and adds a refused refund after a missed cancellation.

In July 2026, a new seller on r/EtsyCommunity asked whether the $67 was worth it or "just YouTube affiliate link slop". The top reply called the deal deceptive: 30 days of metrics, one shop, upsells inside the app. One part of that is now out of date. The landing page does list "One Etsy Shop Integration" and 30-day performance metrics before you pay. The disclosure improved. The limits did not.

Browser performance is the complaint I weigh most, since Radar is half the reason to buy. The Etsy Radar extension holds 3.9 stars from 42 ratings across 10,000 users, so the freezes are real but not universal. Install it on the free plan first and watch how your machine handles it.

The praise runs smaller and steadier. ProfitTree holds 4.0 on Trustpilot from 18 reviews, and the repeated theme is margin clarity: sellers who stopped guessing what a $30 order actually kept. Reviewers who had been paying $30 to $50 a month for research treat $67 once as an easy trade. Eighteen reviews is a thin base, so read it as direction, not proof.

How to Buy the Lifetime Deal Without Getting Burned

The purchase has one trap that has nothing to do with the software. You pay on lifetime.profittree.io first, then create the ProfitTree account, and that account email must match the email you used at checkout. Get it wrong and your $67 sits unlinked while the 5-day refund clock runs.

1. Open the lifetime offer page and confirm the price still reads one payment of $67.
2. Pay through Paddle. Enter a VAT ID first if you have one, and expect tax on top if you do not.
3. Create your ProfitTree account with the exact email from the checkout screen.
4. Connect the Etsy shop that matters most, because the plan covers one and swapping later means a support ticket.
5. Upload your costs: the bulk cost template for handmade or sourced items, or the one-click Printify or Printful sync.
6. Wait for one sync cycle. Data lands about every 12 hours and there is no manual refresh button.
7. Check ProfitTree's net profit against your Etsy payment account on day 3 or 4, then decide before day 5 closes.

Who Should Buy the $67 Lifetime Plan

Three variables decide this: whether you have live orders, how many shops you run, and whether you need profit ranked per product. The lifetime plan wins the first, fails the second, and does not answer the third. Match it to your stage rather than to the size of the discount.

• Buy the $67 lifetime plan if: you run one Etsy shop with steady orders and 30-day windows cover the decisions you make.
• Buy Growth annually instead if: you want per-product profit ranking, a year of profit history, and 800 AI credits a week for $215.88.
• Stay free if: you have no sales yet. The ProfitTree free plan keeps 7 days of profit history at $0, and a tracker with nothing to track is wasted money.

Two groups should walk away outright. If you run two or more shops, this plan covers one and the extra-shop add-on carries no published price. If you sell anywhere besides Etsy, ProfitTree models Etsy fees only, so the rest of your revenue stays invisible.

ProfitTree Lifetime vs Paying for EverBee

None of the main Etsy research tools I track sells a lifetime plan, which is why this $67 offer gets attention. EverBee, the closest research competitor, charges $19.99 per month billed annually, so $239 a year. Three years of EverBee runs $717. Three years of ProfitTree lifetime runs $67.

They are not the same product, which spoils the comparison a little. EverBee mines a claimed 200 million listings for demand signals; ProfitTree reads your own Etsy ledger and tells you what you kept. My EverBee review scores it 4.1 for research depth, and plenty of sellers end up running one of each. Verdict: Is the ProfitTree Lifetime Deal Worth It?

The $67 lifetime deal is worth it for one specific seller: a single-shop Etsy business with live orders that wants fees, ads, and product costs in one profit number and can work inside 30-day windows. Everyone else is better served by the free plan or by Growth billed annually.

I score the product 4.0 out of 5 in my ProfitTree review, and the lifetime plan does not move that number. It changes the price and trims the scope. ProfitTree Ltd is a registered company in Cyprus, Paddle handles the money, and the offer page now spells out the one-shop and 30-day limits before you pay. The fair complaint is that "lifetime" sounds like everything forever, when this is 30 days of metrics for one shop, permanently.
