HighLevel pays affiliates 40% of every plan payment their referrals make, for as long as each customer keeps paying. Recruit other affiliates and HighLevel can add 5% of their sales, once it approves your second tier. Joining is free, and you do not need a HighLevel account.
We are HighLevel affiliates, so we earn a commission if you sign up through our links. In the last 30 days, HighLevel's dashboard counted 11 clicks on our links, 3 signups and 1 paying customer. That customer earned us $38.80.
- Commission: 40% of each plan payment, every month the customer stays.
- Second tier: 5% of the sales of affiliates you recruit, if approved.
- Credit window: the last affiliate link clicked within 90 days wins.
- Payout: the 15th of each month through Tipalti, once you pass $50.
- Cost: free, with or without a HighLevel account.
Our HighLevel affiliate dashboard after the first sale: $38.80 unpaid, nothing paid out yet, and 26 clicks for 1 customer since we joined.
How Much the GoHighLevel Affiliate Program Pays
HighLevel pays 40% of each payment from customers you refer. A Starter customer on $97 a month earns you $38.80 a month. Unlimited at $297 earns $118.80, and Agency Pro at $497 earns $198.80. The share repeats every month the customer pays, so one Unlimited agency is worth $1,425.60 a year.
Plan your referral buys | They pay | You earn each month | You earn in 12 months |
|---|---|---|---|
Starter | $97 a month | $38.80 | $465.60 |
Unlimited | $297 a month | $118.80 | $1,425.60 |
Agency Pro | $497 a month | $198.80 | $2,385.60 |
Yearly plans cost 10 times the monthly price. A Starter customer on yearly billing pays $970, and your 40% of that payment is $388. These figures assume the customer keeps paying, so read them as math per referral, not a forecast of what you will earn.
Add-ons pay too. HighLevel's agreement lists the white label mobile app, HighLevel certifications, AI Employee and other recurring add-ons at the same 40%. If you would rather run clients on your own brand than refer them, our GoHighLevel white label guide shows when SaaS Mode pays for itself.
Operator scenario: Say you run a newsletter for agency owners and refer 5 agencies to Unlimited in one year. If all 5 stay for 12 months, you earn $7,128. If 2 of them cancel after month 6, the total drops to $5,702.40. Keeping referrals subscribed matters as much as finding them.
What Top HighLevel Affiliates Earn
HighLevel calls its top affiliates Commanders. The status starts at $100,000 in commissions within one qualifying year, which runs September 1 to August 30. At 40%, that takes about 71 Unlimited customers paying all year, or 215 on Starter. Commanders get a jacket, a dedicated Slack channel and priority support escalation.
Our First 30 Days as a HighLevel Affiliate
HighLevel's dashboard counted 11 clicks, 3 signups and 1 paying customer on our links in the last 30 days. All 3 signups came through the link to HighLevel's 30-day Bootcamp page. The paying customer signed up one minute after clicking. Four days later, they started paying for the $97 Starter plan.
- October 1: first signup, from a reader of our GoHighLevel free trial guide.
- October 5: second signup, from our breakdown of the $97 Starter plan.
- October 8: third signup, from our page on the missing 90-day trial.
- October 9: the October 5 signup became a paying customer, and HighLevel approved a $38.80 commission.
Before that, our links sent readers to HighLevel's pricing page and its standard 14-day trial. By late September they had drawn 15 clicks and no signups. On September 28 we pointed them at the 30-day Bootcamp page and published trial and plan guides around it. Every signup since has come through that link.
HighLevel's Links report for our last 30 days: the Bootcamp link drew 8 clicks, 3 signups and our paying customer. The pricing-page link drew 2 clicks and none.
The pages that converted answer a question people ask right before buying: how to get the longer trial, and what the cheapest plan includes. Our GoHighLevel pricing guide earns more Google impressions than any other HighLevel page we run, yet it has not produced a signup. Three signups is a small sample. Still, if you write about HighLevel, aim at readers who are about to start a trial.
Which HighLevel Affiliate Link to Promote
Promote the link to HighLevel's 30-day Bootcamp page. HighLevel's dashboard includes it as a ready-made link. The default link lands on a page with a 14-day trial instead. The Bootcamp page adds 16 extra days and a free live class every weekday. Both links pay the same 40%.
- Add a SubID per channel. One affiliate ID can carry several link variations, so your reports show which channel sends signups.
- Pick your token on day one. HighLevel lets you customize your referral token, but links shared under the old token stop working.
- Check the Links report every month. It splits clicks, signups and customers by landing page, which is how we saw the Bootcamp link win.
How to Join the HighLevel Affiliate Program
Joining costs nothing and takes one form. Agency owners already have a link: HighLevel gives every agency account one automatically, inside the Affiliate Portal. Everyone else signs up on HighLevel's affiliate page. Before the first payout, you also need a Tipalti payout account and a tax form on file.
- Open HighLevel's affiliate signup page. Agency owners can skip it: switch to Agency View and click Affiliate Portal.
- Fill in your name, email, password, country and phone number. The form also asks which role describes you, your language and your time zone.
- Agree to the affiliate terms, then read the affiliate agreement and the program rules before you post anything.
- Set up Tipalti, the only payout method HighLevel uses. Agency owners do it under Payment Details in the Affiliate Portal. Without a HighLevel account, ask HighLevel's affiliate payments team for a setup link. US affiliates can choose direct deposit, PayPal or a debit card, and international affiliates ACH, PayPal or a debit card.
- Copy the Bootcamp link and add a SubID for each channel you plan to use.
- Put a plain disclosure at the top of every post, such as "I earn a commission if you buy through my link."
How and When HighLevel Pays Affiliates
HighLevel pays on the 15th of each month for commissions earned the month before. Money goes out through Tipalti and lands within 1 to 3 days. Two conditions come first. Each referral must stay in good standing for 45 days, and your balance must pass $50.
The payout terms in our dashboard: commissions are paid on the 15th of the next month, but only when the payout amount is over $50.
Our $38.80 sits below that line, so it waits until another commission lifts the balance past $50. Under the agreement, commissions that do not reach $50 within 120 days may be forfeited. A single Starter referral cannot clear the bar on its own.
Referrals | Commission each month | Clears the $50 minimum? |
|---|---|---|
1 on Starter | $38.80 | No |
2 on Starter | $77.60 | Yes |
1 on Unlimited | $118.80 | Yes |
Refunds and chargebacks come back out of later commissions. HighLevel can also pause or withhold a payment while it reviews a sale it has questions about.
The June 2026 Rules to Read Before You Post
HighLevel updated its affiliate agreement and program rules in June 2026. The top affiliate guides we checked do not mention most of them. Eight rules matter most. Two can hold up your money: the required call after your second customer, and the 45-day qualifying period.
- A call after your second customer: HighLevel requires a live conversation about affiliate practices before it pays more commissions. It books a video call, or uses email across time zones.
- 45 days in good standing: a sale qualifies only if the account stays active and unpaused for 45 days.
- Commissions end with the subscription: you earn only while the customer pays. The customer stops counting as yours 30 days after a cancellation.
- No offers of your own: discounts, coupons, promo codes, free trials, prizes and other incentives all need written approval. A signup bonus pack counts as an incentive.
- Use the link as given: the rules ban modifying, redirecting or masking your link, and sharing it with another affiliate.
- Disclose at the top: use plain words such as "I earn a commission if you buy through my link", placed before the main content. HighLevel calls a bare "affiliate link" label unclear.
- No self-referrals: you cannot buy HighLevel for yourself through your own link. HighLevel flags signups that share an IP address, name, email or phone number with the affiliate.
- Your content can train its AI: the agreement lets HighLevel reuse your affiliate content, including to train its AI tools. That license continues after you leave.
Who Should Skip the HighLevel Affiliate Program
The program rewards patience and an audience of agency owners. A commission starts only when a referral pays, and payouts wait for $50. The June 2026 rules add compliance work. Skip it, or wait, if one of these five points describes you.
- Your audience is not agency owners or local-business marketers. HighLevel's plans start at $97 a month, a hard sell to readers who do not run client work.
- You need cash this month. A referral has to pay, stay 45 days and lift you past $50. Our first commission landed 8 days after our first signup and has not paid out yet.
- Your plan depends on a bonus stack or your own coupon. Both need written approval now. Point readers to HighLevel's own 30-day trial instead.
- You want HighLevel for yourself at a discount. Self-referrals break the rules. Our GoHighLevel discount guide covers the real ways to pay less.
- You will not get on a call with HighLevel. The call after your second customer is required before more commissions are paid.
Is the GoHighLevel Affiliate Program Worth It?
Yes, if you already reach agency owners or local-business marketers. One Unlimited referral that stays a year pays $1,425.60, and the share has no end date. eRank's affiliate program, by comparison, stops paying after 12 months per referral. Skip HighLevel if you need fast cash, since the 45-day period and $50 minimum delay the first payout.
Agency owners have a second route. HighLevel gives every agency account its own affiliate link, including accounts still on a trial. Both agencies we referred showed up as affiliates under our account before either had paid anything.
Frequently Asked Questions
How much do GoHighLevel affiliates make?
Affiliates earn 40% of every plan payment from the customers they refer. That is $38.80 a month per Starter customer, $118.80 per Unlimited and $198.80 per Agency Pro. HighLevel's top tier, Affiliate Commander, starts at $100,000 in commissions a year.
Is the GoHighLevel affiliate program free to join?
Yes. Joining is free, and you do not need a HighLevel account. Agency owners already have a link in the Affiliate Portal. Everyone else signs up through HighLevel's affiliate signup form.
How long does the GoHighLevel affiliate cookie last?
HighLevel credits the last affiliate link a buyer clicked within 90 days. If the buyer clicks another affiliate's link after yours, that affiliate gets the sale. HighLevel denies attribution change requests made more than 90 days after signup.
When does GoHighLevel pay affiliates?
On the 15th of each month, for commissions earned the month before. Payouts go through Tipalti once your balance passes $50. Each referral must also stay in good standing for 45 days.
Does GoHighLevel pay a second tier?
Yes, 5% of the sales your recruited affiliates make, if HighLevel approves it. Agencies you refer become your sub-affiliates automatically. Both agencies we referred appeared in our Sub affiliates tab without any extra step.
Can I use my own affiliate link to buy HighLevel?
No. HighLevel bans self-referrals and treats them as fraud. Its tracking flags signups that share an IP address, name, email or phone number with the affiliate. Helping a client or friend sign up is allowed.
Can I offer a bonus or coupon to people who use my link?
Not without HighLevel's written approval. The June 2026 program rules ban affiliate-made discounts, coupons, promo codes, free trials, prizes and other incentives. Linking to HighLevel's own 30-day Bootcamp trial is different, because that offer comes from HighLevel.
Where do I log in to the GoHighLevel affiliate portal?
At affiliate.gohighlevel.com, or inside HighLevel under Agency View. The portal has tabs for referrals, sub-affiliates, commissions, payouts, assets and reports.
What is HighLevel Affiliate Commander status?
It is HighLevel's top affiliate tier, for $100,000 or more in yearly commissions. The qualifying year runs from September 1 to August 30 and resets every year. Commanders get a jacket, a dedicated Slack channel and priority support escalation.
