GoHighLevel's white label is two separate products. Putting your logo and domain on the app is the easy half, so plan on the $297 Unlimited plan for it. Reselling GoHighLevel as your own software, called SaaS Mode, is the expensive half and needs the $497 Agency Pro plan.
SaaS Mode pays for itself at 6 subscribers paying $97 a month. I ran the math at $97, $197, and $297 retail prices with Stripe's fees included, then added the costs that shrink the margin.
- White label: your login domain, logo, and branded desktop app. Plan on Unlimited at $297.
- SaaS Mode: clients buy a plan, accounts build themselves, and you mark up usage. Agency Pro only, at $497.
- Break-even: 6 subscribers at $97, 3 at $197, 2 at $297, before support time.
- Biggest trap: AI Employee Unlimited costs you $97 per subscriber, every month.
- Branded mobile app: a separate $497 a month add-on plus an Apple developer account.
What Each GoHighLevel Plan Includes for White Label and Reselling
Three limits decide how far you can take white label: sub-account count, rebilling, and SaaS Mode. Starter caps you at 3 sub-accounts. Unlimited removes the cap and rebills usage at cost. Only Agency Pro, at $497 a month, adds SaaS Mode, automated sub-account creation, and rebilling with your own markup.
HighLevel's pricing page lists SaaS Mode, automated sub-account creation, and rebilling with markup only on the $497 Agency Pro plan.
What you get | Starter | Unlimited | Agency Pro |
|---|---|---|---|
Monthly price | $97 | $297 | $497 |
Annual price | $970 | $2,970 | $4,970 |
Sub-accounts | 3 | Unlimited | Unlimited |
White label login domain and app | Unclear | Yes | Yes |
Rebill phone and email at cost | No | Yes | Yes |
Rebill with your own markup | No | No | Yes |
SaaS Mode and automated sub-account creation | No | No | Yes |
Two white label brands in one account | No | No | Yes |
Advanced API access and agent reporting | No | No | Yes |
HighLevel's own pages disagree on whether Starter includes white labeling. Its pricing FAQ names no plan, and an older upgrade guide marks Starter as unsupported. Plan on Unlimited, or open the Whitelabel tab during a Starter trial before you build a client offer on it. Our Starter plan guide covers that plan's other limits.
What White Labeling Covers, and What It Does Not
White labeling replaces HighLevel's name with yours in four places. They are the login domain, the logo, the links your clients receive, and the desktop app. Each one is set up separately. The mobile app is a different product, billed at $497 a month on top of your plan.
- Login domain. Point a subdomain such as app.youragency.com at HighLevel with a CNAME, then add it under Agency Settings, Company, Whitelabel. SSL is issued automatically. If you use Cloudflare, switch its orange proxy off for that record.
- Branded links. The API domain puts your brand on the forms, calendars, surveys, and review links sent by email and text. It is a second setup, not part of the login domain.
- Desktop app. The Desktop App Customizer builds a branded app for macOS, Windows, and Linux. Mac App Store and Microsoft Store listings are not available yet, so you share download links.
- Mobile app. The white label mobile app costs $497 a month or $1,491 a quarter. Publishing needs your own Apple Developer account at $99 a year and a Google developer account. HighLevel's setup guide says Apple's organization enrollment needs a registered company and a D-U-N-S number, which rules out sole proprietors and DBAs.
Operator scenario: Say you launch with a branded web login and no mobile app. Your fixed bill stays at $497 a month. Add the white label mobile app and it becomes $994 a month, plus Apple's $99 a year. At $97 a subscriber, that moves your break-even from 6 clients to 11.
What SaaS Mode Does
SaaS Mode turns HighLevel into software you sell, and it exists only on the $497 plan. A client buys a plan from your site, HighLevel creates their sub-account automatically, and you rebill their usage at your own markup. You set every price. The SaaS Configurator controls what each plan includes.
- Plans. Each plan carries a price, a feature list, a snapshot, add-ons, trial days and credits, and usage billing. A plan needs at least one product feature before you can save it.
- Payments. SaaS V1 runs on Stripe only. SaaS V2 also supports NMI, Authorize.net, and Square, set per sub-account. One sub-account cannot mix the two modes.
- Approval. You can pause new sub-accounts until you approve each one from the Manage Client page.
- Custom deals. A special price overrides a plan for one existing sub-account that you convert by hand. It does not work on public sale links.
- Two brands. Agency Pro lets one account run two white label brands, each with its own domain, logo, and theme.
How to Launch SaaS Mode in 8 Steps
Launching SaaS Mode follows the order in HighLevel's own setup guide. Upgrade to the $497 Agency Pro plan first, brand the platform second, connect payments third, and build plans last. If you skip the branding steps, your first paying client sees HighLevel's name instead of yours.
- Upgrade to Agency Pro. In Agency View, open Settings, then Billing, then the plan change option, and choose monthly or annual billing.
- Create your own agency sub-account and activate the phone system. That lets you test texting and calling before clients arrive.
- Set your white label domain. Add the CNAME, upload your logo, and paste your privacy policy and terms links.
- Brand the desktop app and the API domain. The API domain brands the links your clients and their contacts click.
- Turn on the premium features you plan to resell. That covers Content AI and premium workflow actions, so you can rebill them.
- Connect your payment provider at the agency level. Use Stripe Connect for SaaS V1, or a V2 provider.
- Build your plans in the SaaS Configurator. Set the price, features, snapshot, add-ons, trial and credits, and usage billing.
- Share the sale link or put it in a funnel. Track subscribers and MRR in the Agency Dashboard.
SaaS Mode Margin Math: What You Keep at 10 to 100 Subscribers
SaaS Mode math is simple because Agency Pro's fee does not rise with subscriber count. Your fixed cost is $497 a month, and Stripe takes 2.9% plus 30 cents per card charge. At $97 a month that leaves $93.89 per subscriber, so 6 subscribers cover the plan.
Paying subscribers | At $97 a month | At $197 a month | At $297 a month |
|---|---|---|---|
10 | $441.87 | $1,412.87 | $2,383.87 |
25 | $1,850.18 | $4,277.68 | $6,705.17 |
50 | $4,197.35 | $9,052.35 | $13,907.35 |
100 | $8,891.70 | $18,601.70 | $28,311.70 |
These monthly figures stop at the plan fee and Stripe's card fees. They leave out taxes, refunds, chargebacks, support time, and any add-ons you bundle. Stripe also lists a 0.7% Billing fee on subscription volume, which may apply to your account.
The break-even point moves a lot with your price and your fixed costs.
Your monthly price | Subscribers to cover the $497 plan | If you would otherwise pay $297 for Unlimited | On annual billing ($4,970) | With the $497 mobile app and Apple fee |
|---|---|---|---|---|
$97 | 6 | 3 | 5 | 11 |
$197 | 3 | 2 | 3 | 6 |
$297 | 2 | 1 | 2 | 4 |
Operator scenario: Say you sell a $197 plan to 25 local businesses. After Stripe's fees and the $497 plan, you keep $4,277.68 a month. Each client also sends 1,000 texts, 200 call minutes, and 5,000 emails. Rebilled at double HighLevel's price, that usage adds $482.88 a month.
The Traps That Eat the Margin
Four traps shrink SaaS Mode margins faster than Stripe's fees do. Bundled add-ons are billed to you for every subscriber. The white label mobile app adds $497 a month. Cancelled clients keep costing you while their add-ons stay active. Turning SaaS Mode off deletes a client's wallet.
HighLevel's optional add-ons: AI Employee Unlimited costs $97 a month per sub-account, and the white label mobile app costs $497 a month.
What you bundle into a $197 plan | Your HighLevel cost per subscriber | What you keep per subscriber |
|---|---|---|
Nothing, platform only | $0 | $190.99 |
AI Employee Growth | $50 | $140.99 |
AI Employee Unlimited | $97 | $93.99 |
AI Employee Unlimited plus SEO | $176 | $14.99 |
HighLevel bills bundled add-ons to the agency, not to the subscriber. Ten subscribers on AI Employee Unlimited cost you $970 a month, more than the $497 plan itself. Price AI as its own tier, or resell it with a markup instead of bundling it.
- Cancelled clients. Cancelling a SaaS plan does not uninstall bundled add-ons. The cost keeps coming until you remove them.
- Switching SaaS off. It cancels the subscription and permanently deletes the sub-account's wallet. HighLevel emails you the balance, and any refund is yours to send.
- Billing intervals. On SaaS V2, an existing subscription cannot move between monthly and yearly billing.
- Negative wallets. If a sub-account's wallet goes negative, texting and calls stop until a payment reloads it.
Every client that texts also needs A2P registration and a phone number. Those rates sit in our GoHighLevel usage rate card.
GoHighLevel SaaS Mode vs Vendasta
Vendasta is the other white label platform agencies price against GoHighLevel. Vendasta charges $0 in subscription fees but requires $99, $499, or $999 a month in qualifying product spend. GoHighLevel charges a flat $497 for SaaS Mode, month to month, with no spend minimum.
GoHighLevel SaaS Mode | Vendasta | |
|---|---|---|
Fee model | Flat $497 a month on Agency Pro | $0 subscription plus a $99, $499, or $999 monthly spend minimum |
Contract | Month to month | 1-year contract on Professional and Premium |
What you resell | HighLevel's platform and its add-ons | Vendasta products, Marketplace products, and your own services |
Best for | Selling software subscriptions and rebilling usage | Reselling local marketing services |
Our Vendasta review covers its plans and spend rules. HubSpot is not a white label option at all, because its catalog lists no resale plan. Our GoHighLevel vs HubSpot comparison shows what that means in dollars. If SaaS Mode is more than you need, see the GoHighLevel alternatives we would pick instead.
Who Should Not Use SaaS Mode
SaaS Mode fits a narrow buyer. You need at least 6 subscribers at $97 and the time to support them. It is the wrong plan if you have no client list, sell custom retainers, or cannot register a company for app stores. These five checks rule out most buyers.
- You have fewer than 6 paying clients in sight. At $97 a subscriber, the $497 plan will not cover itself. Stay on Starter or Unlimited.
- You sell custom retainers, not packaged software. SaaS Mode sells fixed-price plans. Unlimited with rebilling at cost suits service-heavy agencies better.
- You want the mobile app but have no registered company. Apple's organization enrollment rules out sole proprietors and DBAs.
- You plan to bundle AI Employee into a $97 plan. The $97 add-on cost would eat the whole subscription.
- You cannot handle support and billing questions. Failed cards, empty wallets, and A2P rejections land in your inbox, not HighLevel's.
Decision Matrix: Starter vs Unlimited vs Agency Pro for Resellers
The right plan depends on three variables. They are how many clients you manage, whether you rebill usage, and whether you sell software or services. Starter suits up to 3 accounts. Unlimited suits service agencies. Agency Pro suits resellers who want automated sign-ups and markup on usage.
- Choose Starter if: you run up to 3 accounts and can live without a branded login. The Starter plan guide shows its real monthly cost.
- Choose Unlimited if: you serve more than 3 clients, want white label, and invoice clients yourself. It adds rebilling at cost for $297 a month.
- Choose Agency Pro if: you want clients to buy and pay on their own, with accounts created automatically and your markup on usage.
Run Your Own Usage Numbers
The margin tables leave out usage because every agency's mix differs. Put your clients' texts, calls, and emails into the calculator below. It uses HighLevel's published rates. It also shows what Agency Pro rebilling would add at 2x pricing, the markup used in the scenario above.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can you white label GoHighLevel?
Yes. HighLevel sells white labeling as a plan feature and SaaS Mode as a reseller product. You can put your logo and domain on the app, and Agency Pro adds the ability to sell subscriptions under your brand. The mobile app is a separate $497 a month add-on.
Which GoHighLevel plan do I need to white label it?
Plan on Unlimited at $297 for a branded login and app. HighLevel's upgrade guide lists white labeling on Unlimited and Agency Pro but not Starter, while its pricing FAQ names no plan. Check the Whitelabel tab during a Starter trial if you want to try the cheaper route.
How much does it cost to white label GoHighLevel?
$297 a month for white labeling, $497 for SaaS Mode, and $994 with the mobile app. Add Stripe's fees and any add-ons you bundle. Annual billing cuts Agency Pro to $4,970 a year, about $414 a month.
What is GoHighLevel SaaS Mode?
SaaS Mode lets you sell HighLevel as your own software. Clients buy a plan from your site or funnel, HighLevel creates their sub-account automatically, and usage can be rebilled with your markup. It is available only on the $497 Agency Pro plan.
How much can you make with GoHighLevel SaaS Mode?
It depends on your subscribers, not on HighLevel. At $197 a month, 25 subscribers leave $4,277.68 after Stripe's fees and the $497 plan. That excludes support time, taxes, churn, and bundled add-ons. HighLevel's own pricing page disclaims any earnings promise.
Does SaaS Mode require Stripe?
No, but Stripe is the default. SaaS V1 runs on Stripe only. SaaS V2 also supports NMI, Authorize.net, and Square, configured per sub-account. Stripe's standard US card fee is 2.9% plus 30 cents.
Is there a free trial for Agency Pro?
HighLevel's pricing page lists a 14-day free trial on every plan, Agency Pro included. One older help article says Pro has no trial, so check the signup screen before you add a card. HighLevel does not say which plan its 30-day Bootcamp trial covers. Our free trial guide walks through both offers.
Can I white label the mobile app?
Yes, for $497 a month or $1,491 a quarter. You also need your own Apple Developer account at $99 a year, which requires a registered company, and a Google developer account. Both accounts are yours, so the app lives under your company name.
What happens if I turn SaaS Mode off for a client?
The subscription is cancelled and the sub-account's wallet is permanently deleted. HighLevel emails you the balance, and you refund or credit the client yourself. Cancelling a SaaS plan also does not remove bundled add-ons, so remove them by hand or keep paying for them.
