I tested SmartScout’s sales estimation and BSR reporting. These metrics are essential since Amazon doesn’t readily provide sales estimates, and wrong or late BSR reporting can skew your product research.
During the first test, I found that SmartScout slightly overestimated sales for the last two ASINs while being closely accurate for the first one. This might be due to variations reporting on SmartScout, whereas Amazon gave data for a single product variant or Amazon approximations.
